Master's Student
Department of Public Health Sciences
Queen's University
I am currently in the Master of Epidemiology program at Queen’s! In 2020, I completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Biochemistry at the University of Western Ontario. In 2021, I completed a Master of Biomedical Informatics at Queen’s University. I am currently working on researching integrating imaging features from baseline CT scans into prognostic and predictive models for malignant pleural mesothelioma. The goal of this research is to determine whether adding these imaging features can enhance the performance of prognostic and predictive models.
For the 2021-2022 academic term, I received the Chen-Aronson Graduate Fellowship Award. This summer (2022), our team known as the RaCE Task Force received Queen’s Health Sciences (QHS) Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Indigeneity, and Accessibility (EDIIA) Studentship Funding.
In 2021-2022, I was the Co-Vice President for the Public Health Sciences Student Association and for 2022-2023 I became the Co-President for the same association.
