Matthew is currently completing his Master’s in Biomedical Informatics at Queen’s University under the supervision of Dr. Parvin Mousavi in the Medical Informatics Laboratory. He earned his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Life Sciences with Distinction from Queen’s University in 2025. His research focuses on leveraging deep learning for medical image segmentation and cancer detection, with a particular emphasis on prostate segmentation and prostate cancer diagnosis
