Arteen Mirzaei

Arteen Mirzaei, an Honours Bachelor of Computing and Financial Management student at the University of Waterloo, is currently a summer research student at the Robarts Research Institute at Western University. Awarded the Computing and Financial Management Undergraduate award in 2023, Arteen’s current research focuses on domain-transfer techniques for fluoroscopic image generation allowing for AI model training on simulated images and subsequent translation to clinical images, without the need for complex translation methods.
