Chengyuan Sha completed a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Computing at Queen’s University, and he completed a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Queen’s Machine Intelligence & Biocomputing Laboratory supervised by Dr. Ting Hu and Dr. Miroslava Cuperlovic-Culf. He was a Vector Scholarship Recipient in AI 2021-22.
Chengyuan’s research interests are in AI in healthcare, AI interpretability, network science, visual analytics, evolutionary learning, and biomedical informatics. He aims to develop interpretable machine learning techniques that provide tailored and intelligible solutions to biomedical problems.
He is currently working as a Data Scientist at Sanofi
