Nicole started her MSc in Computing at Queen’s University in May 2022, after transferring from the Master of Biomedical Informatics program. She obtained a graduate diploma in Biomedical Informatics from Queen’s in 2022, and a BSc in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia in 2020. During her undergraduate degree, she worked as a software developer in the medical education industry. Her research involves using deep learning to improve the workflow of brachytherapy procedures for prostate cancer. Nicole received the BMIF Excellence Award in May 2022 for academic and research achievements.

She is currently working as a Business and Integration Architecture Analyst at Accenture.
