Shannon Machado

Shannon is a Master of Biomedical Informatics student at Queen’s University. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology with a focus on Biomedical Science.  She is currently working on her research project under the supervision of Dr. Amber Simpson, utilizing wastewater-based epidemiology to create a model that can predict the emergence of public health threats.
