Danchen is currently a Master’s student in the Biomedical Informatics (BMIF) program, Queen’s University. She completed her MD/PhD from Tongji University, Shanghai, China. Prior to joining the BMIF program, she was a research associate at the Department of Medicine, Queen’s University. Under the supervision of Dr. Ting Hu, she is exploring network science algorithms and graph learning tools to study biological networks in cardiovascular diseases.
